That’s why I created The Well—a place where care is personal, access is easy, and your peace of mind comes first. With a monthly membership at The Well, you can relax knowing your child’s care is covered year-round.

What’s Included?

HERE’S WHAT YOU GET WITH YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AT THE WELL:

- Newborn & infant visits
- Developmental milestone tracking
- Breastfeeding and formula feeding guidance
- Weight checks and growth monitoring
- First-time parent coaching
- Lactation referrals when indicated
- Family lifestyle counseling
- School, camp, and sports physicals
- Developmental milestone tracking
- Hearing and vision screenings
- Growth and nutrition counseling
Prepare your child for camp and/or sports—making sure they’re healthy, safe, and ready to play their best.
- Routine infant, childhood, and adolescent vaccines
- Flu shots (if available)
- COVID-19 vaccines (if available)
These are billed to your insurance, self-pay pricing is available if needed.
- Fevers, colds, coughs, flu
- Ear infections, sore throats
- Rash, pink eye, and skin issues
- Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation
- Minor injuries and infections
- ADHD evaluation and management
- Autism screening
- Behavioral concerns and parenting support
- Sleep and potty training struggles
- Learning and school readiness issues

- Eczema and skin care
- Constipation and reflux
- Nutritional counseling
- Coordination with specialists
Coordinated care with specialists, therapists, or schools.
- Secure telemedicine appointments
- Availability via text/call/e-mail
- In-office labs (e.g. Strep, Flu, urine dipstick, finger stick blood glucose, hemoglobin)
- Ear piercing (optional service for additional fee)
- School and camp form completion

All of This for One Monthly Fee:

$100 one-time enrollment fee/family

$125 per child monthly membership fee

$300/month maximum fee per family

After completing the pre-enrollment form Dr. Lusk will follow-up with you within 24-hours to connect about next steps.
You’ll be officially enrolled in the monthly membership—giving you unlimited visits, same- or next-day appointments, direct access to Dr. Lusk, and whole-child care that’s always there when you need it.
