  • Call, text, or email Dr. Lusk directly. No phone trees. No waiting rooms. Just answers when you need them.

  • Come in as often as needed. No surprise bills, ever.

Well-Child Visits

  • Newborn & infant visits

Vaccines & Immunizations

  • Routine infant, childhood, and adolescent vaccines

  • Flu shots (if available)

  • COVID-19 vaccines (if available)

Same Day or Next Day Sick Visits

  • Fevers, colds, coughs, flu

  • Ear infections, sore throats

  • Rash, pink eye, and skin issues

  • Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation

  • Minor injuries and infections

Behavioral & Developmental Care

  • ADHD evaluation and management

  • Autism screening

  • Behavioral concerns and parenting support

  • Sleep and potty training struggles

  • Learning and school readiness issues

Chronic Condition Management

  • Asthma and allergies

  • Eczema and skin care

  • Constipation and reflux

  • Nutritional counseling

  • Coordination with specialists

 Infant Feeding & Family Support

  • Breastfeeding and formula feeding guidance

Telehealth & Additional Services

  • Secure telemedicine appointments

  • Availability via text/call/e-mail

  • In-office labs (e.g. Strep, Flu, urine dipstick, finger stick blood glucose, hemoglobin)

  • Ear piercing (optional service for additional fee)

  • School and camp form completion

A Note About Insurance

Membership is not insurance and does not replace your insurance policy. We recommend carrying a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for emergencies and hospital care. But for everything else? The Well has you covered.

Membership Pricing

$100 One-time enrollment fee/family

$125 per child monthly membership fee

$300/month maximum fee per family

(ie. if you have three children the maximum you will pay per month will be $300)

Includes unlimited well visits, sick visits, telemedicine, in-office testing, text/call/e-mail access to Dr. Lusk
